In addition, His Majesty King Chulalongkorn had presented gilded silver trident, which was reckoned as the oldest epaulette of the Eastern rulers and sacred weapon of the King of Thailand, to Emperor Franz Joseph of Austria. When His Majesty King Chulalongkorn took the 1^st Europe trip in 1897, he visited Austria to strengthen relationship between the two Royal Dynasties. The Year 2012 marks the 115^th Anniversary of the Year that His Majesty King Chulalongkorn visited Austria.
