Soon after her birth, Her Royal Highness was conferred the Royal Title of "Somdech Phra Chao Luk Ther Chao Fa Sirindhorn Debaratanasuda Kittivadhanadulsopak". Due to Her Royal Highness' countless distinguished services to the nation and Thai people, His Majesty King Bhumibol Adulyadej The Great conferred upon Her Royal Highness the title "Somdech Phra Debaratanarajasuda Chao Fa Maha Chakri Sirindhorn Rathasimagunakornpiyajat Sayamboromrajakumari" on the Celebration Ceremony of the 50^th Birthday Anniversary of His late Majesty the King, on 5 December 1977. In the Royal Coronation Ceremony of King Rama X on 5 May 2019, His Majesty the King conferred upon her the Official Title "Somdech Phra Kanishthadhiraj Chao Krom Somdech Phra Debaratanarajsuda Chao Fa Maha Chakri Sirindhorn Maha Vajiralongkorn Vorarajbhakti Sirikitchakarinibirayabadhana Rathasimagunakornpiyajat Sayamboromrajakumari". Design: The royal portrait of Her Royal Highness Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn in violet (her royal colour) Thai Siwalai with the Most Illustrious Order of the Royal House of Chakri on a royal shoulder cloth including a royal cypher, "Sor Tor".
